With our services, you will navigate in a comfortable and modern boat to Grey Glacier, where you will have spectacular views of radiant, blue ice, floating icebergs in turquoise-grey water, feel the Patagonian wind on your face, and share a unique and unforgettable experience with friends and family. On your way to visit the glacier, you will also enjoy views of Paine Grande Mountain, Paine Massif, forests that border the lake, mountains made of igneous rock, and snowy peaks that reach the clouds. If you are lucky, you will see and hear pieces of glacier ice detach and fall into the water. 

Activity details

This activity consists of sailing through Hotel Lago Grey’s homonymous lake for approximately two hours and forty-five minutes to Grey Glacier. The ticket includes a pisco sour, soda or juice per person. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go to Hotel Lago Grey, located within Torres del Paine National Park, before embarking. It is mandatory to purchase your entrance ticket at https://pasesparques.cl/ A Grey Glacier tour reservation DOES NOT EXEMPT you from paying Torres del Paine National Park’s entrance fee.
Check-in begins one hour before each departure, and you must present proof of reservation. The only way to reach the boat is to walk on Grey Beach for thirty to forty-five minutes to the boarding area.
*This walk is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or who depend on other devices to move.
**In cases of attending with infants, the use of suitable backpacks is recommended. The terrain is not suitable for cars or human-powered transport carts.
***On busy summer days, a fourth navigation is enabled. This navigation DOES NOT
INCLUDE embarkation or disembarkation at GREY REFUGE.

To cross to GREY REFUGE from HOTEL LAGO GREY, the same boarding process for
ROUND TRIP tickets is applied. Tickets include a pisco sour, drink or juice per person. Once a reservation is confirmed, boarding will take place at Hotel Lago Grey, located within Torres del Paine National Park, so it is mandatory to purchase entrance tickets at www.aspticket.cl . A Grey Glacier tour reservation DOES NOT EXEMPT you from paying Torres del Paine National Park’s entrance fee.

INCLUDE a visit to the glacier.

To cross to HOTEL LAGO GREY from REFUGE GREY, passengers must arrive fifteen minutes before our boat arrival to the beach in the REFUGE GREY sector. The ticket includes a pisco sour, soda or juice per person. To get to our hotel or to the parking area once the navigation is over, you will have to walk for thirty to forty-five minutes. An additional ten-minutes are needed to walk to the hotel. Consult GREY III hosts for transfer availability from the parking lot to the hotel. This service is free and is subject to operational availability.
